Abstract

The invention discloses a processing method of plastic particles. The processing method comprises the following steps: (1) placing the materials in a stirrer, and taking out the mixed raw materials after sufficiently stirring; (2) switching on a feeding motor and an extrusion motor, so that the rotation speed of the feeding motor and the extrusion motor respectively reaches 18-23 revolutions and 35-37 revolutions, then loading the mixed raw materials to a feeding machine, and extruding the mixed raw materials by an extruder; (3) moving the extruded mixed raw materials to a water cooling device by a transmission device for cooling to 30 DEG C to 40 DEG C; (4) moving the cooled mixed raw materials to an air-cooling device by a transmission device for re-cooling to 10 DEG C-20 DEG C; (5) moving the cooled mixed raw materials to a stock cutter by a transmission device, heating the materials to 200 DEG C-230 DEG C by a heating device, cutting the materials into plastic particles and transmitting the plastic particles to a baiting box; (6) transmitting the plastic particles in the baiting box into a packaging bag by a material sucker.
