Abstract

The invention provides a device and a method for multi-jet electrostatic spinning of high-viscosity polymer melts. The device mainly comprises a drive unit, a spinning unit, a receiving unit and an exhaust unit which are arranged from bottom to top. The drive unit consists of a circular magnet sheet, a support plate, a rotary motor, a toothed lower edge and magnet strips, wherein the circular magnet sheet is bonded to the support plate that is connected with the rotary motor, and the magnet strips are bonded to bevels of the toothed lower edge of a rotary spinning rod. The higher the viscosity of the polymer melts, the more remarkable the pole jumping effect caused by rotation of the rotary spinning rod is, the easier the lifting of the polymer melts along the rotary spinning rod is, the much the jet at the upper edge of the rotary spinning rod is, and the higher the output of fibers is. The device is simple and easy to operate. Multiple jets can be generated by the aid of the rotary spinning rod so that the output is increased. Since integrated spinning is achieved by multiple jets generated through the rotary spinning rod, polymer fibers can be produced in batch.
