Embodiment Construction

[0015] A method for improving tilapia artificial hatching rate, comprising the steps of:

[0016] 1. Rinsing of fertilized eggs.

[0017] After mating of tilapia broodstock, take out the fertilized eggs from the mouth of the female fish in time, put them into a plastic basin, and rinse them with normal saline for 2 to 3 times. The fertilized eggs of tilapia are oval and slightly yellow, and they are sinking eggs. Non-sticky, the long diameter of the eggs is 1.8-2.1 mm, and the wide diameter is 1.2-1.5 mm. The size of the egg diameter varies with the size of the broodstock. During rinsing, unfertilized eggs or incompletely fertilized eggs will float and be washed away with the water flow.

[0018] Second, soak the fertilized eggs.

[0019] levothyroxine T 4 After grinding, prepare levothyroxine T with normal saline to a concentration of 0.1ppm 4 solution. Put the rinsed fertilized eggs into the T 4 Soak in the plastic basin of the solution for 2h. During soaking, every 2...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for increasing the artificial incubation rate of tilapia mossambica. The method comprises the following steps of rinsing fertilized eggs with physiological saline; soaking the rinsed fertilized eggs with levothyrocine T4 solution; incubating the soaked fertilized eggs in running water in which the levothyrocine T4 solution with the concentration of 0.05ppm is added. The method disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that unfertilized eggs and eggs with a poor fertilizing effect can be rejected by rinsing, soaking and incubating; meanwhile, the fertilized eggs can absorb levothyrocine T4 from the outside environment, so that the requirement on the levothyrocine T4 during incubation can be ensured, and the incubation rate of the fertilized eggs can be increased. During artificial incubation of the tilapia mossambica, the artificial incubation rate and the fry survival rate are increased, and the yield of fries is increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the breeding technology of aquaculture, and in particular relates to a fertilized egg screening and hatching method capable of improving the artificial hatching rate of tilapia. Background technique [0002] Artificial hatching refers to the process of artificially creating suitable hatching conditions according to the physiological characteristics of fertilized egg embryo development and the requirements for ecological environment conditions, so as to promote the normal development of embryos and hatch fish fry. The factors affecting the hatching rate are composed of two parts: endogenous and exogenous. Endogenous factors are mainly determined by the genetic characteristics and quality of the mated broodstock, and the performance is relatively stable, which can be resolved in the breeding of broodstock; the influence of exogenous factors on the hatchability is more complicated, because it cannot well simulate the oral hatching...
