The blow mechanism comprises a motor and fan blades, wherein the motor is disposed on the side plate and the fan blades are driven to rotate by the motor. The screening mechanism comprises a screen holder reciprocating below the hopper and a screen which is nested in the screen holder and which moves with the screen holder. One end of the screen holder is provided with a rectangular guide groove. A guide post driven by a drive device to do circular motion constantly is disposed inside the guide groove. When the guide post does circular motion, the guide post contacts with two long sides of the guide groove, perpendicular to a slide, by turns, and the screen holder is pushed to reciprocate along the slide; the fan blades disposed on the side of grains falling from the hopper to the screen blow air towards the grains.
