Abstract

The invention discloses a testing device of a gas-liquid separator. The device comprises a gas inlet pipeline and a gas outlet pipeline, wherein the gas inlet pipeline is communicated with a gas inlet end of the gas-liquid separator to be tested; the gas outlet pipeline is communicated with a gas outlet end of the gas-liquid separator to be tested; an oil-gas separator is arranged on the gas outlet pipeline; the oil outlet end of the oil-gas separator is provided with a first flow gauge which is used for detecting the quantity of oil. Before the testing, a certain amount of lubricating oil is infused into the gas-liquid separator to be tested, and the testing device is accessed for testing. A certain amount of gas is fed into the gas inlet pipeline and enters into the gas-liquid separator to be tested; carrying a part of the oil, the gas enters the gas outlet pipeline; the oil in the gas is separated by the oil-gas separator and enters the first flow gauge to be measured, so that a return oil amount of the gas-liquid separator within an unit time is calculated. The return oil amount can be tested exactly by using the testing device; compared with the return oil amount calculated theoretically, the accuracy is greatly improved. The invention also provides a testing method.
