The magnetic water treatment method is characterized by comprising the following steps: connecting a water pipe made of a segment of non-magnetic material into a heat exchanger inlet; establishing a magnetic water treatment pipeline with an alternating magnetic field and adjustable permanent magnetic field combined magnetic field on the water pipe made of the segment of non-magnetic material; setting the flow rate of a working medium, the frequency and power of an alternating magnetic field and the strength of the adjustable permanent magnetic field; delivering the working medium to the segment of the magnetic water treatment pipeline of the combined magnetic field to be subjected to magnetic water treatment, and meanwhile, monitoring a water quality parameter, dirtiness resistance and other parameters on line to determine the strength of the optimal permanent magnetic field of the treated working medium, the frequency and power of the alternating magnetic field and other parameters. When the magnetic water treatment method is used, an online monitoring system is started to acquire a water quality parameter signal, a temperature signal, a flow rate signal and other signals, all the signals are input to a computer and computed to obtain the dirtiness resistance of a heat exchanger, and the magnetic field parameter corresponding to the optimal magnetic treatment effect under the flow rate is obtained through comparative analysis.
