Abstract

The invention discloses an odor-resistant and anti-microbial treatment method for shoe materials. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing raw materials of the shoe materials; (2) preparing raw materials of odor-resistant and anti-microbial liquid, wherein the raw materials comprise 3-5 kg of moutan bark, 1.5-2.5 kg of folium artemisiae argyi, 1-2 kg of galangal, 0.5-1.5 kg of cassia, 100 L of alcohol and 0.5-1.5 kg of salicylic acid powder; (3) preparing the odor-resistant and anti-microbial liquid, wherein the moutan bark, the folium artemisiae argyi, the galangal and the cassia are dipped in the alcohol for 24 hours, dregs are filtered from the liquid, and the salicylic acid powder is added in the liquid to obtain the odor-resistant and anti-microbial liquid; (4) evenly spraying the odor-resistant and anti-microbial liquid on the raw materials of the shoe materials; (5) baking the raw materials of the shoe materials for 4-5 minutes in an oven of 45-60 DEG C; and (6) packing and putting the materials in a warehouse.
