Problems solved by technology

However, since the position of the current contact is usually adjacent to the side wall of the thermal relay, the lever often collides with the side wall of the thermal relay during the process of descending and mating with the current contact, resulting in that the detection cannot be completed smoothly

Abstract

The invention provides a thermorelay's bimetallic strip detector which comprises a probe used for cooperating with a thermorelay's bimetallic strip, a displacement sensor which is electrically connected to the probe and is used for detecting position status of the thermorelay's bimetallic strip through the probe, a display device which is electrically connected to the displacement sensor and is used for displaying variable data for representation of the position status of the thermorelay's bimetallic strip, a driving lever used for cooperating with an electrical contact in a thermorelay, and a pre-driving lever which comprises a slanting part, wherein the position of the driving lever is adjustable; and the position of at least part of the slanting part is much lower than the position of the driving lever. According to the thermorelay's bimetallic strip detector, through arrangement of the pre-driving lever with at least part of the slanting part positioned lower than the position of the driving lever, the driving lever is prevented from colliding with the sidewall of the thermorelay when descending and cooperating with the electrical contact, and it is ensured that the detection process ends smoothly.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of electromechanical equipment manufacturing, and in particular relates to a thermal relay bimetal strip detection device. Background technique [0002] The thermal relay generates heat from the current flowing into the heating element, which causes the bimetal sheets with different expansion coefficients to deform. When the deformation reaches a certain distance, the connecting rod is pushed to disconnect the control circuit, thereby de-energizing the contactor. The main circuit is disconnected to realize the overload protection of the motor. Specifically, the existing thermal relay usually includes several parallel bimetallic strips, the bimetallic strips are formed by rolling two kinds of metal strips with different thermal expansion coefficients, when the motor is overloaded, the current passing through the heating element exceeds the set current, The bimetal strip is bent upwards and separated from the buckle pl...
