The preparation method comprises the following steps of mixing 100 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 1 part of polyhydroxy polysiloxane, 20 parts of methyl hydrogen silicone oil, 6 parts of i-PrOH and 0.5 part of H2PtC16-PrOH solution containing 2% of platinum together, and then foaming at the room temperature and crosslinking to form gelatin sponge. According to the invention, the foaming technique is employed, so that the repairing agent expands enough to fill cracks after penetrating into the cracks; as a result, the affinity and bonding power with the cement are improved and the service life of the material solidified by the repairing agent is prolonged; the repairing agent is prepared from organic silicon so as to guarantee that moisture is not to penetrate into the cracks.
