Abstract

According to the method and system for evaluating the quality of the tobacco materials, multiple indexes of a tobacco material sample are comprehensively analyzed and evaluated by means of multiple methods such as the fuzzy mathematics, principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation by selecting an evaluation index system and an evaluation function, then a comprehensive evaluation index is obtained, and objective evaluation of the quality of the tobacco material is obtained automatically. The method for evaluating the quality of the tobacco materials can overcome the defect that according to a traditional single method for evaluating the quality of tobacco, the usability of the tobacco is evaluated and the production condition of a tobacco base is guided purely by means of the appearance quality of the tobacco, a user can learn the quality of the tobacco in the base on different aspects objectively and comprehensively, and a basis is provided for reasonable utilization of the tobacco materials during formula design and maintenance.
