An intelligent street lamp comprises a memory cell which pre-stores the position information of the intelligent street lamp, a communication module, an input module, a control unit and a display unit. The server is triggered to determine taxi which is unloaded and the nearest to the intelligent street lamp to be the taxi that needs to be scheduled according to the request information and the stored present position and passenger-carrying state information of a plurality of taxis. The identity information of the scheduled taxi which is determined by the server is displayed by the display unit. The invention also provides an intelligent taxi scheduling server and a system.
