The primary side three-phase winding of the phase-shifting transformer is used for being connected with an AC power supply. The two secondary side three-phase windings of the phase-shifting transformer are connected with an AC side of the PWM rectifier unit. The control unit is connected with the PWM rectifier unit. The control unit controls the PWM rectifier unit through a fixed amplitude vector in an SHEPWM mode.
