Abstract

The invention provides an integrated type cell sedimentation and smearing device and a method for settling a cell and preparing a cell smear. The device comprises a cup body, covers and a slide, wherein the covers comprise an inner cover and an outer cover which are buckled with each other. The cup body is provided with an internally-arranged filtering cup which is connected with the inner cover to form a sealed structure; the inner cover protrudes upwards to from a protruding part; the protruding part and the inner cover are connected to form an integral structure which is through up and down; the inner cover is connected with the cup body; the protruding part and an inner cavity of the cup body are communicated to form a runner; upper and lower openings of the protruding part serve as a liquid outlet opening and a liquid inlet opening respectively; a slide fixing groove is formed in the top of the outer cover; the slide is inserted into the slide fixing groove to form a cell bearing structure adaptive to the liquid outlet opening. The invention further provides the method for settling the cell and preparing the cell smear. The device provided by the invention is practical and convenient, is low in cost and good in smearing effect, and is suitable for integrated full-automatic operation.
