A heat exchanger of the water cooled converter is indirectly controlled to be started and stopped through the master control system of a wind power system, and the difference value between the temperature of the environment inside the power cabinet and the water output temperature of the water cooled converter is controlled below a preset temperature difference corresponding to current humidity. When circulating water temperature is low, the heat exchanger is not started, and therefore a condensation phenomenon caused by the too low circulating water temperature is avoided. When the circulating water temperature is too high, the heat exchanger is indirectly started through the master control system, part of heat of circulating water is discharged out, the temperature of the circulating water is reduced, and therefore cooling efficiency is guaranteed. Therefore, on the premise that the control system of a wind turbine generator does not need to be improved and a water cooling system does not need to be provided with a heating device, dehumidification and condensation preventing control over the power cabinet is achieved, and control cost is greatly lowered.
