Embodiment 1

[0014] Embodiment 1: adopt chemical coprecipitation method, weigh 5.40gFeCl 3 ·6H 2 O and 2.78g FeSO 4 ·7H 2 O, by Fe 3+ Salt and Fe 2+ The mass ratio of salt is 2.2-1.8, pour it into a beaker filled with 200mL distilled water and stir continuously to dissolve it completely. Put the above-mentioned beaker into a 30°C water bath, and add ammonia water with a concentration of 3% by mass to it under stirring, and adjust the pH to 10. Aqueous ammonia should be continuously added during the reaction to maintain the pH at 10. After reacting for 0.5h, stop stirring, then put the beaker into a 90°C water bath for aging for 3h, after the reaction is over, cool to room temperature, separate the magnetic solid particles with a multifunctional magnetic separator, and wash them repeatedly with distilled water until neutral. Then wash with alcohol for three times, put into an oven to dry, and obtain magnetic solid particles. The configuration concentration is 100mgL -1 Weigh 1.0 g o...

Abstract

The invention relates to a treatment method of hexavalent chromium ion containing industrial wastewater for innocent treatment of industrial wastewater, which overcomes the deficiency that existing treatment methods of hexavalent chromium ion containing wastewater are high in cost and easy to cause secondary pollution. The technical scheme is that the treatment method comprises the following steps: by taking FeC13.6H2O and FeSO4.7H2O as raw materials and ammonium water as a precipitator, quickly stirring, aging at high temperatures, washing, and drying to prepare magnetic solid particles; preparing polyacrylamide flocculant liquor, putting the magnetic solid particles in the prepared polyacrylamide flocculant liquor, stirring at a high speed, quickly settling the magnetic solid particles under an applied magnetic field, and drying the precipitate to prepare modified magnetic particles; adding the modified magnetic particles into the hexavalent chromium ion containing wastewater, adjusting the pH to 6 by an acid, and stirring and separating, wherein the upper layer is a dechromed clean liquid; and adding alkali liquor into the modified magnetic particles in the lower layer, stirring and separating, and repeatedly using the modified magnetic particles. The method is economical and practical, free from secondary pollution and quick in settling velocity, and hexavalent chromium and the modified magnetic particles can be recovered.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a treatment method for industrial waste water containing hexavalent chromium ions, which is used for harmless treatment of industrial waste water in electroplating, leather tanning, pigment, paint, alloy, printing and dyeing and printing industries. technical background [0002] Heavy metal chromium and its compounds are widely used in electroplating, tanning, pigments, paints, alloys, dyeing and printing industries. In industrial wastewater, chromium mainly exists in the form of Cr(Ⅵ), which is a strong oxidant, has strong carcinogenic, distortion and mutagenic effects, and is more harmful to organisms. It is recognized by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as 17 One of the most harmful chemicals to the human body. At present, there are many methods for treating wastewater containing hexavalent chromium, such as chemical reduction precipitation method, adsorption method, ion exchange method, biological method, etc. ...
