Abstract

The system comprises a pretreatment unit (1), a down-flow enhanced wetland region (2) in which a graphite particle anode electrolytic tank (18) is arranged, an electrolysis enhanced dephosphorization region (3) provided with a scrap iron anode electrolytic tank (19), and an up-flow denitrification enhanced wetland region (4) designed with a scrap iron anode electrolytic tank (20), which are used for removing suspended solids, organic matters / ammonia nitrogen, phosphides and nitric nitrogen respectively, wherein the electrolytic tanks are independent push-pull draw boxes, and are connected with a low-voltage stabilized voltage supply (14); a light fiber ball filter material is taken as a wetland bed filler.
