A formula of a drug for treating psoriasis comprises 11-14wt% of unprepared rehmannia root, 5-7.5wt% of Radix Scrophulariae, 4-6wt% of Radix Ophiopogonis, 3-4.6wt% of Rhizoma Coptidis, 4-6wt% of Radix Scutellariae, 11-14wt% of honeysuckle flower, 11-14wt% of Folium Isatidis, 11-14wt% of Hedyotis diffusa, 3.5-5wt% of Chinese angelica, 11-14wt% of Salvia miltiorrhiza, 5-7.5wt% of ground beetle and 5-7.5wt% of jujube. The above components are decocted with water. 15 days are a treatment course. The drug has the effects of yin nourishing, blood cooling, detoxifying and blood stasis dispersing, and is a good drug mainly used for treating the psoriasis.
