The method comprises the following steps: firstly, adopting a quadruple-effect counter-flow evaporation process to separate out sodium chloride after settling and recycling the wastewater, and obtaining a sodium chloride product after centrifuging; and then, separating out ammonium chloride at a low temperature after adopting a two-stage flash evaporation process.
