The spiral grinding and polishing disc comprises a grinding and polishing disc, a rotary shaft, a workpiece mounting head, a sliding block, a linear guide rod, a connecting rod and a moving block, wherein the grinding and polishing disc is driven by a motor; a disc body of the grinding and polishing disc is of a three-dimensional spiral shape, a U-shaped groove is formed in the surface of the disc body, the bottom face of the U-shaped groove serves as a machining face of the grinding and polishing disc, and the grinding granularity of the bottom face of the U-shaped groove decreases progressively from top to bottom; a workpiece is mounted on the workpiece mounting head and moves along the U-shaped groove from bottom to top.
