Abstract

The invention discloses a fiber cork rubber sealing material and a preparation method thereof. The problem that the conventional sealing gasket is relatively low in tensile strength, low in compressive property and high in stress relaxation performance is solved. The fiber cork rubber sealing material mainly consists of the following substances in percent by weight: 8-35 percent of latex, 20-65 percent of granulated cork, 5-40 percent of fiber, 1.2-6 percent of compounding agent and the balance of filler, wherein the length of the fiber is more than 1.0mm and less than 30.0mm. The fiber cork rubber sealing material has the advantages that the tensile strength is improved, the compressive property is improved, and a phenomenon that the stress relaxation performance is increased is effectively avoided.
