The method comprises the following steps of: (1), preparing a liner module, spraying high-temperature anti-scouring coatings on the surfaces of the liners made from zirconium-containing aluminum silicate fibre materials to form modules made from zirconium-containing aluminum silicate fibres, wherein the high-temperature anti-scouring coatings are obtained by mixing solid powders and liquid ingredients and then mixing uniformly; (2), setting expansion joints, setting a plurality of expansion joints in a light refractory brick wall in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction, wherein mutually crossed expansion joints can separate the light refractory brick wall into a plurality of blocks; (3), replacing and placing the liners, peeling the damaged liners off the light refractory brick wall, placing the newly replaced liners with neighbor liners in a staggered manner.
