Problems solved by technology

Therefore, the moisture content and impurities of soybeans must be strictly controlled before entering the warehouse. The existing storage method mainly removes impurities from the soybeans and puts them directly into the granary after drying. The storage time is short, and it is easy to deteriorate during the storage process. Not conducive to long-term storage

[0021] An efficient storage method for newly harvested soybeans includes the following steps:

[0022] (1) Sieving soybeans, and then placing them in an ultrasonic cleaning tank for cleaning;

[0023] (2) The washed soybeans are placed in the freezer and flattened;

[0024] (3) Reduce the temperature in the freezer and keep it for a period of time, and then quickly increase it;

[0025] (4) Spray oxygen scavenger on the soybean surface after heating up and stir it evenly;

[0026] (5) Store the soybeans in the storage.

[0027] In the step (1), the ultrasonic cleaning is divided into three stages. The first stage sets the ultrasonic frequency to 10kHz, the cleaning time is 5min, the second stage sets the ultrasonic frequency to 15kHz, the cleaning time is 3min, and the third stage sets the ultrasonic frequency to 20kHz. The cleaning time is 3min.

[0028] In the step (2), when the soybeans are flattened, the thickness is 10-15 cm.

Abstract

The present invention discloses a highly efficient storage method of newly harvested soybeans. The method comprises the following steps: soybeans are sieved and the sieved soybeans are placed in an ultrasonic washing tank to be washed; the washed soybeans are placed in a freezing chamber to be spread flatly; a temperature in the freezing chamber is firstly lowered, the temperature is kept for a period of time and the temperature rises rapidly; after the temperature rising, a deoxidant is sprayed on surfaces of the soybeans and an even stirring is conducted; and the soybeans are placed in a repository for storage. The provided storage method can effectively prolong a shelf life of the newly harvested soybeans and at the same time ensures that nutrients in the soybeans are not lost. Compared with ordinary storage methods, under a premise of keeping the same quality, the storage method can prolong a shelf life of the soybeans to be 5-8 months.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of grain storage, in particular to an efficient storage method for newly harvested soybeans. Background technique [0002] Soybeans have comprehensive nutrition. Soybeans are rich in inorganic salts such as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, and potassium, as well as trace elements such as copper, iron, zinc, iodine, and molybdenum. The calcium and phosphorus in soybeans are combined with protein and are easily digested and absorbed by the human body. Iron and iodine are very important to the human body. People with iron deficiency will get anemia, and people with iodine deficiency will get goiter; the trace element molybdenum can inhibit Carcinogens that produce cancer. The protein content is 2 times higher than pork and 2.5 times the egg content. The protein content is not only high, but also good quality. The amino acid composition of soy protein is similar to that of animal protein, and the amino acid is rela...
