Abstract

The invention discloses a real-time accurate monitoring device for key states of a dry clutch. The real-time accurate monitoring device comprises a clutch state monitoring module, a temperature monitoring module and an automatic clutch operation module. A pressure sensor and a displacement sensor are arranged behind a release bearing, so that the clutch state monitoring module can accurately record slipping and wearing states of the clutch in real time. Thermocouples of the temperature monitoring module are evenly arranged in space between a pressure disc and a clutch cover. Thermocouple leads penetrate radiating slots of the clutch cover, tightly attach to a flywheel, penetrates hollow lead slots of a clutch input shaft and are connected with an inner ring of a collector ring; an outer ring of the collector ring is connected with a data collector. The real-time accurate monitoring device for key states of the dry clutch has the advantages that the interior temperature information of the dry clutch can be recorded in real time, the automatic clutch operation module drives a ball screw and nut mechanism through a linear servo motor, and a pulley fixed to a nut pushes a shift fork to engage and disengage; the device is simple in structure, convenient to control, low in cost and capable of effectively recording the key states of the dry clutch.
