Problems solved by technology

However, there are many types of isotopes that need to be determined in this method, and the operations involved in the determination of heavy isotopes such as strontium isotopes are very cumbersome. This method is not suitable for traceability of various natural fruit products (especially black currant) fast and efficient method

Embodiment 1

[0050] This example is used to illustrate the method of tracing the origin of pure natural fruit products.

[0051] (1) Establish a database of stable isotope ratios of fruits in different regions

[0052] Blackcurrant fruit samples were collected from the blackcurrant planting bases in Harbin, Mudanjiang, Xinjiang, and Tacheng City. The source of the samples is shown in Table 1, and the source is far away from cities and industrial areas. Put the newly picked fruits into numbered glass sampling bottles on the spot, seal them, put them in ziplock bags, and freeze them in a refrigerator at -20°C.

[0055] First, perform water extraction on the fruit samples (extraction temperature is 100℃, extraction time is 15min; the extracted water is used for δD value and δ 18 Determination of the O value), then the remaining dry matter is ground and CuO is used as the oxidant, and the CO produced after the sample is completely burned is collected by the sealed ampoule com...

Embodiment 2

[0075] This example is used to illustrate the method of verifying the origin of pure natural fruit products.

[0076] (1) Analyze the stable isotope ratios of leaves from different producing areas

[0077] Blackcurrant leaf samples were collected from blackcurrant planting bases in Harbin, Mudanjiang, Xinjiang, and Tacheng City. The source of the samples is shown in Table 1, and the source is an open and flat place far away from cities and industrial areas. Region (annual sunshine is more than 2300 hours). Put the newly picked leaves into numbered glass sampling bottles on the spot, seal them, and put them in ziplock bags for storage in a refrigerator at -20°C. The collected leaves were ultrasonically washed with clean water, dried, and placed in an oven at 85°C for 4 hours to completely dry the sample. For each dry sample, 5-20 leaves are randomly selected and ground according to the leaf size, and the amount of leaves taken from each plant is roughly the same.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for tracing and verifying the origin of pure natural fruit products. The method comprises: 1) acquiring the stable isotope ratio of pure natural fruit products of different origins, and establishing a database for the stable isotope ratio of pure natural fruit products of different origins; 2) detecting the stable isotope ratio of to-be-tested pure natural fruit products; and 3) comparing the stable isotope ratio of the to-be-tested pure natural fruit products detected in step 2) with the stable isotope ratio in the database in step 1), thereby determining the origin of the to-be-tested pure natural fruit products. Specifically, the stable isotope ratio includes at least one of delta<13>C value, delta<15>N value, deltaD value and delta<18>O value. According to the technical scheme of determining and comparing at least one of the four stable isotope ratios, the origin of pure natural fruit products can be rapidly and easily traced and verified, especially when the four stable isotope ratios are determined and compared simultaneously, the correct discriminant rate is at least 90%.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for tracing and verifying the origin of pure natural fruit products, in particular to a method for tracing and verifying the origin of pure natural fruit products using stable isotope ratio databases (stable isotope fingerprints) of different origins. Background technique [0002] With the development of the world economy and global trade, the safety and origin protection of famous, special and high-quality new agricultural products will receive more and more attention. The traceability of the origin of food is conducive to protecting the origin, protecting regional famous brands, protecting specialty products, ensuring fair competition, enhancing consumers' confidence in food safety, and effectively preventing the spread of food-borne pathogens. [0003] At present, some scholars have used carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen, sulfur and strontium isotopes to trace the origin of orange juice from North America, South America, Africa a...
