Abstract

The main water supply pipeline comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.06-0.20% of C, 0.70-1.30% of Mn, 0-0.020% of P, 0-0.006% of S, 0.20-0.60% of Si, 0.15-0.35% of Cr, 0.15-0.50% of Mo, 0.90-1.40% of Ni, 0.40-0.90% of Cu, 0.008-0.035% of Nb, 0-0.021% of N, 0-0.055% of Al and the balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities. The preparation method comprises the following two methods, namely, directly rolling pipes on a periodic mill and carrying out pipe cross-rolling piercing on a forging blank.
