[0024] The Bt gene-transformed insect-resistant rice of the present invention selects the cry2Aa gene-transferred rice T2A-1, which has high resistance to lepidopteran pests. The non-transgenic parents are selected for the Guangminghui 63 rice and cry2Aa gene-transferred rice T2A-1. Provided by the State Key Laboratory of Crop Genetic Improvement, Huazhong Agricultural University. Minghui 63 rice and cry2Aa transgenic rice T2A-1 were grown to a height of about 15 cm in Yoshida nutrient solution in a cultivation tray of length × width × height = 25 cm × 20 cm × 3 cm, and then used for evaluation experiments. The conditions for cultivating rice seedlings are temperature (26±2°C) and relative humidity (80%).
