Abstract

The invention relates to a magnetic liquid-sealed double-row rolling bearing and a sealing method. The magnetic liquid-sealed double-row rolling bearing is characterized in that two single-dust cover rolling bearings are installed between an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve and opposite ends of the two single-dust cover rolling bearings are free of a dust cover. An outer-ring-type permanent magnet is arranged between bearing outer rings of the two single-dust cover rolling bearings. An inner-ring-type permanent magnet is arranged between bearing inner rings of the two single-dust cover rolling bearings. Magnetic poles of the outer-ring-type permanent magnet and the inner-ring-type permanent magnet have opposite polarities. A magnetic liquid is injected in a space formed from the bearing outer rings, the bearing inner rings and the dust covers of the two single-dust cover rolling bearings. Under the action of a magnetic field force produced by a magnetic liquid, a lubricating film is formed between balls and the inner and outer rings so that bearing lubricating properties are improved, and under the action of the magnetic field force, the magnetic liquid stays in rotation gaps of the dust covers and the bearing inner rings and forms magnetic sealing. The magnetic liquid-sealed double-row rolling bearing has a low manufacture processing cost, realizes reliable sealing and avoids grinding particle leakage and lubricating grease loss.
