Abstract

An embodiment of the invention provides an oscillator correcting circuit and method and an integrated circuit. The circuit includes an oscillator, a correcting module and a recording module. The oscillator outputs an oscillation clock pulse signal and includes a plurality of impedance elements. One of correcting values controls the impedance value of at least one impedance element and the impedance values of the multipel impedance elements decide the frequency of the oscillation clock pulse signals. A correcting module is coupled to the oscillator. After a correcting signal is set, the correcting value is determined and output based on the multiple relation of the frequencyies of the oscillation clock pulse signal and the reference clock pulse signal. A recroding module is coupled to the correcting module and includes a nonvolatile memory. The recording mdoule records the correcting value in the nonvolatile memory after the recording signal is set.
