Abstract

The invention discloses an on-line automatic pressure calibration system for a hydraulic system. The on-line automatic pressure calibration system comprises a controller, a proportional overflow valve, a pressure sensor and a parameter configuration unit. The parameter configuration unit is arranged in an upper computer and connected with the controller through a CAN bus. The parameter configuration unit is used for setting all pressure values required by the system in advance, sending a pressure value calibration instruction to the controller and receiving a pressure feedback value. The controller is used for collecting a signal of the pressure sensor, converting the signal into a pressure signal, sending the pressure signal to the parameter configuration unit, and driving the proportional overflow valve. The proportional overflow valve is used for controlling driving force of the hydraulic system by adjusting pressure of the hydraulic system. The pressure sensor is installed in a hydraulic oil inlet pipeline of a control system and used for measuring the pressure of the hydraulic system. The invention further provides an on-line automatic pressure calibration method for the hydraulic system. The problem that pressure calibration needs to be conducted separately due to differences between different hydraulic systems is solved.
