The life preset device is used for presetting a service life of the ultraviolet lamp; and the time processing device is used for recording cumulative operation time of the ultraviolet lamp and calculating the residual service life of the ultraviolet lamp according to a formula: the service life of the ultraviolet lamp=(the preset life-the cumulative operation time) / the preset life*100%. When the residual service life of the ultraviolet lamp is less than 10%, the alarming device sends out an alarming signal to prompt a user to replace the ultraviolet lamp.
