The alloy comprises the following components by weight percent: 59%-62% of Cu, 0.5%-1.0% of Sn, 0.05%-0.25% of Si, 0.02%-0.10% of As, not less than 0.05% and less than 0.2% of P+Sb+Bi, 0.002%-0.01% of B and the balance of zinc and not more than 0.4% of inevitable impurities. According to the alloy, excellent cutting performance and corrosion resistance of the alloy material are ensured by controlling the silicon-to-tin ratio and the arsenic-to-boron ratio of the alloy material; meanwhile, the impurity content is strictly controlled to be less than 0.4%; the prepared lead-free easily-cut corrosion-resistant tin brass alloy is easy to cut and has high cost performance, the cutting performance is more than 80%, and the dezincification resistance can be controlled to be lower than a maximal dezincification layer of 150 microns and an average dezincification layer of 100 microns.
