The n value is given and minimum cooperative sensing error probability is regarded as a target; the optimum k value can be solved out through partial differential under the condition that the single secondary user spectrum sensing detection threshold is known; and thus when the detection threshold is unknown, the optimum k value can be obtained through the solving method provided in the invention. According to the solving method, under the condition that the number of secondary users participating the cooperative sensing is known, through solving the detection threshold range under different k values, with the minimum K-rank fusion error probability being regarded as the target, the optimum detection threshold under different k values can be obtained; and the optimum k value can be discussed according to the optimum detection threshold under different k values; and the method can effectively reduce the cooperative sensing error probability.
