Problems solved by technology

At present, emulsifiers used in oil-based drilling fluids mainly include non-ionic surfactants such as Span, Tween, and naphthenic acid amide, and anionic surfactants such as calcium stearate, calcium oleate, and iron naphthenate. As well as polymer polyamide and polyether surfactants, the reasonable compounding of the above emulsifiers has a good emulsifying effect, but there is a problem of high cost
The extensive application of the above materials in oil-based drilling fluids has greatly increased the cost of oil-based drilling fluids, limiting the promotion and use of oil-based drilling fluids

[0025] (1) Preparation of emulsifier

[0026] (1) The waste oils used in the examples are rapeseed oil residue (produced by Zhangbei Xixiang Vegetable Oil Purchase and Marketing Co., Ltd.), animal oil feet (produced by Hebei Jiajie Oil Co., Ltd.) and restaurant swill oil (collected in the unit restaurant by itself).

[0027] (2) The saponification of the waste oil used in the embodiment is prepared as follows:

[0028] ① Heat a mixture of 100 parts of rapeseed oil residue and 100 parts of calcium oxide and calcium hydroxide (the weight ratio of the two is 3:1) to 65°C, react under stirring conditions for 8 hours, and cool to obtain rapeseed oil saponification.

[0029] ②Heat the mixture of 100 parts of animal oil feet and 10 parts of sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide (the weight ratio of the two is 1:1) to 190°C, react under stirring conditions for 1 hour, and cool to obtain the saponification of animal oil feet thing.

Abstract

The invention aims at providing an emulsifier for oil-based drilling fluid. The emulsifier is selected from any two or three types of waste oil and grease, a saponified substance of the waste oil and grease and amidate of the waste oil and grease, wherein the saponified substance of the waste oil and grease is obtained through reacting the waste oil and grease with alkali, and the amidate of the waste oil and grease is obtained through reacting the waste oil and grease with organic amine under the catalysis of alkali. The invention further provides a preparation method of the emulsifier and application of the emulsifier in the oil-based drilling fluid. The emulsifier has a good emulsifying effect; the biological toxicity is low, the cost of the emulsifier for the oil-based drilling fluid can be greatly reduced, the waste oil and grease can be changed into the valuable from the waste, and the environment pollution caused by the waste oil and grease is reduced, so that the environmental protection is facilitated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention provides an emulsifier for oil-based drilling fluid and a preparation method and application of the drilling fluid, belonging to the field of oil-based drilling fluid for petroleum drilling. Background technique [0002] Oil-based drilling fluids have many advantages such as strong inhibition, excellent lubricity, wellbore stability and protection of oil and gas layers. They are an effective means to deal with complex formations in the drilling field and have been widely used. Generally, the oil-based drilling fluid system is also called water-in-oil drilling fluid or inverse emulsion drilling fluid. The oil-based drilling fluid system relies on an emulsifier to uniformly disperse the dispersed phase (water phase) in the continuous phase (oil phase), so it is also called an inverse emulsion system. Generally, the performance of emulsifier directly determines the stability of inverse emulsification system. At present, emulsifiers used in...
