Detection positioning of the water meter can be achieved through a positioning regulation device, and clamping and sealing of the water meter are achieved through the hydraulic device. By means of a water supplying and filtering system, water is supplied to the water meter while cycling use of water of the water meter is detected. The value of the water amount of the water meter can be read through videos by means of a position-adjustable visual system, and a precise flow meter and a pressure sensor provide standard data and feedback signals for a system, precise and intelligent tests on pressure, flow and flow precision of the water meter can be achieved through a computer control system, and test intelligentization of the water meter is achieved.
