Embodiment Construction

[0040] The present application will be described in further detail below through specific embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0041] best practice

[0042] figure 1 , figure 2 , image 3 , Figure 4 It is intended to illustrate the method in detail, not to limit the scope of the present invention.

[0043] figure 1 Indicates the statistical analysis result of whether the spectrum is abnormal. The abscissa corresponds to the number of samples, for example, 140 corresponds to the 140th sample. The vertical axis represents the standard deviation of the intensity corresponding to a certain spectrum of the sample and the average spectrum collected three times in all data points. Each point in the graph represents a spectrum, and several points on the vertical axis represent the number of times the sample was repeatedly collected. It can be seen from the figure that the standard deviation of the point marked as 1 is significantly different from othe...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for analyzing content of dibutyl phthalate in a mixed material through a near infrared spectrum. The method comprises the following steps: preparing and collecting a batch of samples of which the content of dibutyl phthalate is in a certain range; repeatedly collecting the spectrum of each sample for at least one time, performing sample spectrum statistic analysis and principal component analysis, and removing an abnormal spectrum; performing spectrum analysis, and selecting a spectral band for modeling; dividing multiple samples into a modeling set and an inspection set; establishing various models by combining the spectral band with a preprocessing method, and selecting optimal modeling parameters and determining the optimal model according to root-mean-square prediction errors (RMSEP), RMSEP/dimension curves and principal component (PC) analysis of the spectrum; expanding sample spectrums in a corresponding concentration range and adding the sample spectrums into the modeling set when the concentration range needing to be detected changes, and modifying the detection limit of the method; and acquiring a near infrared spectrum of a to-be-detected sample, and directly detecting the sample concentration through the model. Any solvent is not used, any standard substance does not need to be prepared, and the method has the advantages of short period, environment friendliness and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of near-infrared spectrum quantitative analysis, and relates to a near-infrared spectrum quantitative analysis method for mixed material components, in particular to a near-infrared spectrum quantitative analysis method for dibutyl phthalate (DBP) content in mixed materials. Background technique [0002] Near-infrared spectroscopy quantitative analysis technology has been widely used in agriculture, petroleum and other industries. In recent years, it has been expanded to the field of energetic materials. Near-infrared spectroscopy quantitative analysis technology correlates the spectrum of the sample with the content of the sample components, establishes a mathematical model, and then collects the spectrum of the sample, and directly obtains the content of the sample components through the mathematical model. [0003] Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) is a plasticizer, which can improve the mechanical properties of en...
