Puffed fish feed containing probiotics and a preparing method thereof are disclosed. The feed comprises following raw materials by weight: 35-40 parts of wheat starch, 12-13 parts of inkfish powder, 10-12 parts of corn flour, 4-5 parts of broken rice, 6-8 parts of potassium iodide, 2-3 parts of a phagostimulant, 0.5-1.0 part of sodium selenite, 0.2-0.4 part of aureomycin, 0.4-0.5 part of microcrystalline cellulose, 4-5 parts of honey, 0.1-0.3 part of fructo oligosaccharide, 0.3-0.4 part of the probiotics, 0.2-0.3 part of lysine, 0.3-0.4 part of glycine, 2-3 parts of table salt and 0.5-0.6 part of soybean lecithin. The feed is low in cost, meets requirements on food intake of fish, avoids the problems of high cost, slow weight gain and high death rate when other fish feed is used, and increases the growth rate and the survival rate of the fish.
