Abstract

The invention discloses a method for processing fine lines or a pattern on the surface of thin glass. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a template or a film for forming the fine lines or the pattern by photosensitization; covering a layer of photosensitive printing ink on the surface of the glass to be processed by adopting a screen printing or coating method; placing a glass sheet covered with the photosensitive printing ink into an oven for drying; taking out the dried glass sheet, superimposing the template made in step 1) with the glass sheet and placing into an LED (light-emitting diode) ultraviolet exposure box for exposure; placing the glass sheet after exposure into a developing machine for development and fixing treatment; placing the glass sheet after fixing into an etching machine for etching; and performing ultrasonic washing and drying on the glass sheet after etching.
