Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting effective flavonoid components in traditional Chinese medicine pericarpium citri reticulatae. The effective flavonoid components comprise one or more than two of aurantiamarin, nobiletin and hesperetin. The method comprises the following steps: mixing pericarpium citri reticulatae medicine powder and a molecular sieve absorbent according to a mass ratio of 1 to (0.25-3) so as to obtain a mixture, adding the mixture into a mortar for grinding to obtain ground solid, adding a sieve plate into the bottom of a small solid-phase extraction column, filling the small column with the ground solid, adding the sieve plate into the top of the small solid-phase extraction column after the ground solid is compacted, putting the compacted small column on a solid-phase extractor, injecting an eluent into the small column, starting an air extracting pump of the solid-phase extractor, eluting the small column, collecting the eluent by a centrifuge tube at the bottom, whirling and centrifuging the eluent in the centrifuge tube after the elution is ended, so as to obtain supernatant liquid as effective flavonoid component extraction liquid. According to the method, a molecular sieve is used as the absorbent; with the combination of a matrix solid-phase dispersion extraction technique, the effective flavonoid components in the traditional Chinese medicine pericarpium citri reticulatae can be extracted and detected in an efficient and environmental-friendly manner.
