filtration, merging filtrate, and concentrating the merged filtrates with a rotation evaporimeter so as to obtain the lily bulb flavone. According to theoptimization method, ultrasonic
waves are used for assisting in the extraction method, and through combination of a response surface, and systems
software Design Expert, the best extraction conditionfor the total flavone in the lily bulbs is optimized. The extraction rate is increased, and the technology is stable and reliable and high in maneuverability.
