Abstract

The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted hydrogen fuel cell electrolytic generation tank comprising an anode titanium polar plate, an ion exchange membrane and a cathode titanium polar plate, which are sequentially overlapped in a tank body arranged in a sealed mode, wherein sealed and insulated silica gel separated superfine sealing cavities are formed among the anode titanium polar plate, the cathode titanium polar plate and the ion exchange membrane; the vehicle-mounted hydrogen fuel cell electrolytic generation tank is characterized in that the anode titanium polar plate, the ion exchange membrane and the cathode titanium polar plate are tightly compacted together by pressing of a pressing plate; a water pipe is communicated with the ion exchange membrane; and an oxygen pipe and a hydrogen pipe are communicated with the cathode titanium polar plate and the anode titanium polar plate in a penetrated mode, respectively. According to the electrolytic generation tank disclosed by the invention, a porous cracked solid polymer electrolyte cation exchange membrane of a microstructure is utilized to serve as a medium between an anode electrode plate and a cathode electrode plate, and increase of the electrolyte hydrolysis contact area and the hydrolysis process can be facilitated. Meanwhile, the electrolytic tank is arranged in a way of pressing the electrode plate and the ion exchange membrane by adopting the pressing plate, so that the dielectric resistivity can be reduced, and the heating value of the tank body is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a vehicle-mounted hydrogen fuel cell electrolysis generator, which belongs to the technical field of hydrogen energy, and in particular to a vehicle-mounted hydrogen fuel cell electrolysis generator. Background technique [0002] The traditional automobile industry generally still uses non-renewable energy such as gasoline and diesel as fuel to generate power, and the chemical energy generated by the combustion of gasoline and diesel is converted into kinetic energy at the same time. According to relevant research and measurement at home and abroad, about 70% of the Energy is wasted through high temperature and insufficient combustion exhaust emissions and heat dissipation in various pipelines. As we all know, the exhaust emissions brought about by the extensive use of fossil fuels not only bring a serious burden to the environment, but also, their non-renewable characteristics and high irreplaceability lead to an increase in t...
