The food is paste prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of coconut oil midchain triglyceride, 5-80 parts of radix puerariae, 10-70 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 5-50 parts of astragali radix, and 10-30 parts of cassia twigs. The functional food paste is prepared through the specific steps: performing supercritical extraction on the cassia twigs to obtain essential oil for later use; respectively extracting radix puerariae, pseudo-ginseng, astragali radix and cassia twigs from which the essential oil is extracted, by using ethanol to prepare a dry extract, and grinding for later use; and maintaining the coconut oil midchain triglyceride in the range of 30-40 DEG C, firstly adding the prepared cassia twig essential oil, and then adding the dry extract powder prepared from the radix puerariae, the pseudo-ginseng, the astragali radix and the cassia twigs, stirring and grinding to prepare the functional food paste.
