The moving calibration device comprises a moving calibration bracket, an accelerometer and an acquisition and communication board unit, wherein the accelerometer and the acquisition and communication board unit are arranged in the moving calibration bracket; the moving calibration bracket is set to be used for containing one or more calibrated deflection sensors; the accelerometer is in data connection with the acquisition and communication board unit; the acquisition and communication board unit comprises a processing unit, and a signal conditioning unit, an analog / digital conversion unit, a USB conversion interface unit and a communication unit which are connected with the processing unit; the accelerometer is connected with the signal conditioning unit; an accelerated speed signal acquired by the accelerometer is conditioned by the signal conditioning unit and is input into the analog / digital conversion unit to be subjected to analog / digital conversion processing, and an accelerated speed digital signal is output to the communication unit; and the communication unit is set to be used for uploading the received data to an upper computer.
