Abstract

The invention discloses a CdS nanoparticle-based nano developing probe as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. The nano developing probe is of a core-shell structure; the core consists of CdS nanoparticles; and the shell consists of cobalt-polysulfide complex. The developing probe is capable of rapidly and sensitively making developing response on copper ions, the response time is shorter than 30 seconds, the naked eye developing linear range is 5-5mM, and the detection limit is 1mM. The nano probe is good in detection selectivity on detection of copper ions, and the existence of co-existing metal ions has no interfere to the detection. The nano developing probe can have conspicuous spectral change when the ultraviolet visible spectrum is 10nMCu<2+> in the presence of ions, and a peak absorbing peak is generated at 294nm. When the copper ion concentration is micromole, another novel absorbing peak is generated at the part near 500nm, thus being highly consistent to developing reaction. An idea is provided for a semiconductor nano material as a novel nano developing agent for detecting heavy metal ions.
