The embodiment of the invention discloses a file processing method, a file processing device and electronic equipment in the start-up process of a mobile operating system; when initialization of the mobile operating system is completed, a file to be read in the start-up process of the mobile operating system is pre-read into a cache of the mobile operating system from an external storage system; and in need of reading the file, the file to be read is read from the cache in the start-up process of the mobile operating system. Because the speed of directly reading the file from a memory is much higher than that of reading the file from the external storage system, the reading speed of the file in the start-up process of the mobile operating system can be increased through the file processing method in the start-up process of the mobile operating system provided by the invention; and thus, the start-up speed of the mobile operating system is increased.
