A plastic film layer (4) is disposed on an external layer of the surface layer (3) and is a PVC plastic of which a surface is convex-concave. The base material (1) is manufactured from a fabric which is formed by warp yarns and weft yarns in an interweaving manner. The warp yarns and the weft yarns are in hollow structures. A through hole is formed in the center of each of each warp yarn and each weft yarn along an axis. By means of the plastic film layer for isolating other layers in the artificial leather from external environment, water cannot intrude into the other layers in the artificial leather, thereby prolonging a service life of the artificial leather. In addition, because of the surface of the PVC plastic is convex-concave, a friction coefficient of the artificial leather is enhanced. The antiskid artificial is enhanced in antiskid capability so that the antiskid artificial is easy to hold by hands, thereby ensuring a usage effect.
