Abstract

According to the lightweight keel, magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride hexahydrate and silica fume are used as cementing material, medium-alkali or alkali-free glass fibers are used as enhancing material, saw dust is used as filling material; an aqueous emulsion high polymer, a phosphate and bentonite constitute an organic-inorganic compound water-proofing agent; and a water reducing agent particularly refers to a polycarboxylate-type water reducing agent, and a defoamer particularly refers to a polyether-type defoamer. The invention further relates to a preparation method of the lightweight keel. The preparation method of the lightweight keel comprises the following steps: performing surface treatment on the filling material by using an organic silicon water repellent and drying for later use; then, weighing all the components, mixing and stirring to obtain a mixture; pouring the mixture into a mold for molding; demolding; spraying potassium methylsilanolate; and curing indoors for more than 28 days to obtain the lightweight keel.
