Abstract

The invention discloses an infrared thermography detecting system for magnetic shoe defects and a detecting method of the system. The infrared thermography detecting system comprises a heat source, an infrared thermography sensor, a digital image acquisition card and a computer; the heat source is used for heating magnetic shoes; the infrared thermography sensor is used for collecting infrared thermography images of the heated magnetic shoes; the computer is used for processing the infrared thermography images of the magnetic shoes and analyzing the magnetic shoe defects. According to the infrared thermography detecting system and the detecting method of the system, the problems of low efficiency, high labor intensity and easiness in detection leakage of manual detection are solved, the detection automation of the magnetic shoe defects and the on-line application are easy to realize; the exteriors of the magnetic shoes are properly heated, and the defect detection and identification are realized by detecting whether magnetic shoe surface temperature distribution is abnormal according to conduction resistance and specific surface area differences of the magnetic shoe defects to heat flow, so that the surface defects and the interior defects of the magnetic shoes can be detected at the same time; by utilizing an infrared thermography technique which basically is not limited by the light illumination condition, the environmental disturbance resistance is relatively strong.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of infrared technology, and in particular relates to an infrared thermal image detection system and a detection method for magnetic tile defects. Background technique [0002] Magnetic materials mainly refer to substances that can directly or indirectly generate magnetism composed of transition elements iron (Fe), cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni) and their alloys. The magnetic tile is a kind of tile-shaped magnet mainly used on the stator of the permanent magnet motor among the permanent magnets. According to the raw materials, it is mainly divided into ferrite magnetic tile, NdFeB magnetic tile, AlNiCo magnetic tile. [0003] As a major new functional material for motor magnetic tiles, with the rapid development of the electronics industry and the automotive industry, the demand for magnetic tiles has grown rapidly. Therefore, my country has become the largest producer of magnetic materials, and the performance requirements...
