The connecting device is characterized in that a supporting frame is fixedly arranged on the portion, located on one side of the motor, of the motor installing frame, the eccentric wheel is supported on the supporting frame in a rotating mode through a rotating shaft, a shaft connecting base is fixedly connected to one end of the rotating shaft, a connecting base is fixedly connected to one end of an output shaft of the motor. A connecting soft belt is fixedly connected between the shaft connecting base and the connecting base. The connecting soft belt effectively avoids rigid impact on the motor from the eccentric wheel.
