The management system comprises a power station standard electricity consumption calculation module, a standard generating capacity and electricity consumption ratio calculation module, a generating capacity and electricity consumption ratio calculation module, a comparison module and a management module, wherein the power station standard electricity consumption calculation module is used for working out electricity consumption of the power station by establishing an electricity consumption standard formula of a boiler end and a steam turbine end, the standard generating capacity and electricity consumption ratio calculation module is used for figuring out a standard generating capacity and electricity consumption ratio by comparing corresponding generating capacities, the generating capacity and electricity consumption ratio calculation module is used for figuring out the generating capacity and electricity consumption ratio by means of practical electricity consumption, the comparison module is used for comparing the standard generating capacity and electricity consumption ratio with the generating capacity and electricity consumption ratio, the deviation between the standard generating capacity and electricity consumption ratio and the generating capacity and electricity consumption ratio is used as the deviation of the generating capacity and electricity consumption ratio, and the management module is used for evaluating and adjusting the current running status of equipment according to the deviation of the generating capacity and electricity consumption ratio.
