Abstract

The invention discloses a seed treatment method for improving germination rate of dry direct-seeding rice under water-logged stress. The seed treatment method comprises the following steps: A. preparation of an initiator: preparing the initiator from water, calcium chloride, hydrogen peroxide, sodium selenite and salicylic acid; B. initiator soaking treatment of seeds: soaking rice seeds into the initiator, and renewing the initiator at 10th-14th hour; C. dehydration of rice seeds: taking out the rice seeds soaked in the initiator, drying through an air drying oven, and storing the dried rice seeds into the drying oven; D. sowing and germination: performing sowing and germination in a plastic cup with 15-17cm depth and volume of 680ml, and injecting water into the cup to simulate the water-logged stress; and E. sampling and determination: starting counting the germination number everyday from the first day after sowing, and sampling and determining the final germination rate and seedling quality at 8th day.
